It is owned by myself, Luther Smith "S-ROC" aka Smitty Right On Cue and is licensed as a L.L.C in Catonsville Maryland. Currently S-ROC is the only artist behind ROCland Studios but we are doing business via the net with DJ's as well as other artist all over the world.
